Welcome to XO Club Dubai. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Reservations & Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Minimum age requirement is 21+ with valid ID. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before your reservation time.
Dress Code
Smart casual to formal attire is required. No sportswear, athletic shoes, or open-toe shoes for men. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who do not comply with our dress code.
Conduct & Behavior
We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violence will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
Liability
XO Club Dubai is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur on the premises. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are in AED and subject to change without notice. Minimum spend requirements may apply for VIP tables and bottle service. Payment is required at the time of service.
Photography & Media
By entering XO Club Dubai, you consent to being photographed or filmed. We may use these images for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
